Getting Started
Step 1
To begin care, request an appointment through the secure scheduling portal and complete the online intake forms. Insurance information is collected in advance to verify eligibility and benefits prior to your first visit. Coverage, copays, and any out-of-pocket costs will be reviewed so there are no surprises. Request an appointment here.
Step 2
Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation conducted via secure telehealth. Prior to the session, please complete all intake paperwork and consent forms to allow us to make the most of your time together.
Step 3
During the first visit, we’ll discuss your symptoms, mental health and medical history, past treatments, and goals for care. If appropriate, medication options will be reviewed and an individualized treatment plan will be developed. There is no pressure to share everything at once—this visit is about creating a safe, collaborative starting point.
Step 4
Follow-up visits focus on medication management, symptom monitoring, and treatment adjustments as needed. Appointment frequency is based on your individual needs and may change over time as symptoms stabilize and goals are met.
What You Can Expect
Virtual, secure, and confidential care
Thoughtful, evidence-based medication management
An individualized, collaborative approach
Clear communication and shared decision-making
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee, as insurance does not reimburse for missed visits. This policy supports continuity of care and appointment availability.
If you have questions about insurance coverage, eligibility, or whether services are appropriate for your needs, you are encouraged to reach out prior to scheduling.
