Sade Williams, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

You handle everything

but privately, you’re running on empty.

Whole Mind Wellness offers fully virtual, personalized psychiatric care for high-achieving women who want more presence, slower mornings, and a quieter mind.

All with the support of a provider who takes the time to listen and understand.

Is this you?

You wake up at 4am from the weight of everything you're carrying. The to-do list runs on a loop, and work never really ends. You tell yourself you should be grateful for your life - yet somehow, you’re still exhausted by it.

People say you’re the strong, reliable one. “So put together.”

And you are. But you know that somewhere underneath all that capability, something has to change.

Maybe you tried therapy, but hit a ceiling you couldn’t break through.

You wonder about medication, but immediately picture a dulled version of yourself that you don’t trust.

So you find yourself doing research on your phone at 11pm, trying to figure out if what you're feeling is anxiety, burnout, ADHD - or just the cost of doing too much for too long.

If this is sounds like you - you're in the right place.

There’s a better kind of care.

Psychiatric care, at its best, is collaborative.

It listens before it prescribes, explains your options, and lets you decide.

Quality care doesn’t just hand you a prescription on your way out and move on to the next patient.

Whole Mind Wellness is designed to hold space for you.

Meet Your Provider

Sade Williams, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Sade Williams built Whole Mind Wellness around the belief that psychiatric care should feel different - more personal, more collaborative, and more attuned to the real lives of women who have been quietly “managing” their mental health by themselves for years.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Sade is uniquely qualified to do what many providers can't - integrate medication management and brief psychotherapy into a single appointment. That means you're not bouncing between a prescriber who doesn't do therapy and a therapist who can't adjust your medication. You're working with one provider who sees the whole picture.

Her practice is intentionally small. Because unhurried care requires space to breathe.

What Makes This Different

Your appointment is yours.

There are no 15-minute slots here. Sade takes the time to understand not just your symptoms, but your whole story. Because the right treatment plan requires the full picture.

Medication is never handed to you at the door.

If medication is the right fit, Sade will explain how it works, what to expect, and what the options are. If it isn't, you'll know that too. The goal is to give you enough information to make a decision you feel confident about - not a verdict you're handed without context.

You stay in the driver's seat.

Every recommendation is collaborative. You'll never leave an appointment wondering why a decision was made for you. Because decisions here are made with you.

Therapy and medication management, together.

Brief psychotherapy is built into your psychiatric appointments. You'll walk away not just with a treatment plan, but with tools, coping strategies, and a deeper understanding of what's driving your symptoms.

This practice was built for you.

Sade is a wife and busy mom who understands (clinically and personally) the specific weight many of her patients carry. If you've ever left a medical appointment feeling dismissed or unseen, you know why that matters.

Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.

Here's how it works:

It starts with listening. Sade will take time to understand your current concerns, mental health and medical history, lifestyle, stressors, sleep, and any previous treatment you've tried. Nothing is rushed.

You leave with clarity. By the end of the appointment, you'll have a clearer picture of what's contributing to your symptoms, Sade's clinical perspective, and a personalized plan - which may include medication options, psychotherapy, lifestyle strategies, or referrals to additional resources.

You won't leave feeling rushed. The goal is for you to walk out feeling heard, informed, and confident about your next steps.
